Starting her career in a community VNA, she learned the realities of operations, regulatory compliance, and the importance of culture. Then, Gina joined Fazzi Associates (a national research and consulting firm), of which she was a Partner until 2018. A popular speaker and trainer, she specializes in organizational behavior, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, management training, and leadership.
